As a Technology Service Tech/Specialist, I am skilled in using various technologies, such as Microsoft Office Suite, OBS, TeamViewer, and Windows 10 & 11, to monitor, record, and report any incidents or issues. I also have a strong background in data entry, data analysis, computer repair, and troubleshooting, which enables me to handle any technical or financial challenges that may arise on the job.I have a passion for learning and developing new skills, which led me to complete Google's IT Support Fundamentals certificate in October 2020, as well as several courses in accounting and business management at Western Michigan University from 2016 to 2019. I also have a minor in computer science from WMU, where I was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society and the eSports Gaming Team. I have been working as IT for friends and family for over 7 years, and I have excellent customer support skills, strong mathematics skills, and a typing speed of 70 wpm.
