I oversee the coordination with other project management staff assigned to training and technical assistance (TA) contracts. My work also involves spearheading marketing for community education classes, advocacy, the Philani, and ONTRACK’s fee-for-service component. Lastly, I interface with the executive director and evaluation subcontractor to ensure the timeliness and quality of data collection.My other accomplishments:✓ Led six (6) financial empowerment classes at the new Berkeley, CA site to discuss budget, money mindset, investment 101, and true generational wealth creation through building positive coping skills, financial prowess, and healing from trauma.✓ Steered the initial stages of a blog on the organization’s website tackling holistic wellness in the Black community that will be launched in early 2023.

I also developed and executed training related to intersectionality, racial/cultural identity development, positive coping strategies, mindfulness meditation, and financial literacy. By maintaining appropriate reports, documents, and records, I thoroughly monitored wellness outcomes.
