• Accountable for managing a twenty-five-million-dollar infrastructure and application services budget with our service partner CTS• Analyze trends in our month-to-month financials and seek explanations for anything that has more than a 10% variance. • Lead a centralized team that processes all IT invoices and purchase orders monthly. This consists of hundreds of invoices totaling over five million dollars a month• Accountable for Managing all contractual changes including change notes, requests for service (RFS) and MSA amendments• Manage any disputes or escalations as it relates to CTS SLAs, KPIs and any other contractual matter• Manage any credit note related to an SLA penalty or discrepancy with billing• Accountable for two million dollars’ worth of accruals each month to ensure accounting accuracy• Accountable for documentation related to all CTS financial information and the go-to person for any historical questions related to CTS financials• Accountable for all historical financial documentation as it relates to MS Azure, Amazon Web Services, and our Robotics Practice• Meet weekly with CTS Service Delivery Managers to ensure we are working in a collaborative manner to discuss risks, issues or any help that may be needed.

• Collaborate with my leaders to develop a hiring strategy that will find top talent in a very competitive market.• Educate my leaders on local and national market statistics relevant to salaries, bonuses, technologies, and skillsets related to in-demand candidates.• Educate myself on Pega’s BPM product, MuleSoft, Amazon Web Services, Microservices, API Gateways and Agile/Scrum to better screen candidates to make sure only the best candidates are interviewing with my leaders.• Work very closely with our legal department and our external legal counsel to develop an immigration process so we can have more educated conversations with candidates while working through visa transfers and green card sponsorship.• Obtained my Yellow Belt certification while working through process improvement projects related to developing a template for phone screen questions. • Participated in process improvement efforts to improve internal and external interview scheduling. This ultimately led to the implementation of a brand-new scheduling tool. This tool has saved this team of 7 recruiters approximately 20 hours a week that had formally been spent on manually scheduling all interviews.
