Collaborated with a team of 5 students and a master black belt to optimize the Ortho-Clinical Diagnostic’s bulk shipment process aligned with corporate objectives. Provided a project with a minimum projected annual saving of $300,000. Achieved and assisted in meeting corporate goals in 25% reduction of labor hours per 24 hour period, 83% workspace reduction, and 50% reduction in defects.  Responsible for the creation of Standard Operating Procedures, Process Excellence Scorecards to ensure the sustainability of the pilot packing line and creation of standard work documents.
