I am a Protective Force Captain for Honeywell FM&T as a contractor for the Department of Energy’s Kansas City National Security Campus. In my Air Force Reserve capacity, I serve as the Commander of the 931st Security Forces Squadron at McConnell AFB, Kansas. Previously, I served on active duty for 6 years in places like Nebraska, Turkey, Georgia and Niger before transitioning to civilian life. I have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science and Leadership from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the American Military University, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Honeywell FM&T. I am a strong proponent of individual and team growth and development – physically, academically, socially, spiritually, and otherwise. I believe leadership, in its purest form, revolves around taking care of others.
