As a non-profit, working with MIIM Designs opened the world of humanitarian design. Design work included small dwelling units created for the UN-Habitat to present to Rio+20 and a park in Accra, Ghana, the first of its kind in the region.

By creating an entirely new phase of design called Discovery Phase in between Programming and Schematic Design, OPN was able to create a high fidelity Revit model of an existing building for a Fortune 500 company.
