Network administrator with background in Active Directory, Office 365 Exchange Administration, PowerShell, InTune mobile device management, Veritas email archiving, and Windows migration.Currently at the NJ Department of Environmental Protection I monitor the Office 365 environment for issues impacting our users and provide notification and status updates to management. Monitor our active directory for users who have left the department, inactive/expired accounts, and process the separation of any users leaving the department. Upon request I provide direct support to senior management with issues related to email, email archiving, mobile device technologies, and removing/adding permission levels. Create PowerShell scripts to automate/execute Office 365 administrative tasks such as granting/revoking user permissions, user changes, and gather statistic reports. In the 10 years+ working at the NJ Department of Environmental protection I have been part of the migration of 3000+ users from Windows 7 through Windows 11 Enterprise, migration of the email/productivity software from Office 2013 to Office 365, migrating users from landline phones to Teams Voice and the implementation of mobile devices throughout the department including the creation of a Bring Your Own Smartphone policy currently in place.Fluent in Spanish.
