Overseeing BAE and subcontractor work in ventilation systems, air conditioning units, refers, and the application of Thermion flame sprayed non skid and standard non skid to flight deck.

Provided detailed stowage plans utilizing applicable Logistics Automated Information Systems (LOGAIS) programs by deck level, type and amount of cargo/vehicles stowed in compartments and decks to embarking units and operations staff aboard ship ensuring all stowage was in concurrence with operational landing plans. Published and maintained ship loading and characteristics documentation ensuring that ship layout, loading restrictions, and cargo handling capability and other special characteristics peculiar to each ship were available. Acted as liaison between units loading onto ship and shipboard operations personnel; ensuring all loading plans, hazardous material declarations, and equipment listings were approved and proof copies were distributed. Inspected, documented and tracked all maintenance on cargo/vehicle stowage areas, office spaces, and berthings to ensure all were compliant with applicable publications.Directed planning and implemented plans for the loading, storage and distribution operations of up to 1800 staff members, 100 vehicles and 3,500,000 lbs. of cargo/equipment. Responsible for coordinating all transportation requirements for 1st Marine Aircraft Wing and its subordinate units to exercise and contingency locations throughout the Pacific theater. Prepared, submitted, and administered a $15,000,000 annual transportation encompassing all forms of transportation. Led the team that formulated, coordinated and implemented transportation plans (air, sea, and ground) for 23 major exercises throughout the Pacific Rim involving over 25,000 personnel and 68,000,000 lbs. of equipment. Created standard desktop procedures for a 12,000 employee organization and trained over 120 personnel in these work responsibilities. This action resulted in a dramatic improvement in adherence to directives, transportation and movement control efficiency.Organized the work assignments of over 120 transportation managers and employees across 17 separate locations to ensure appropriate staffing goals.
