Works with Mount Nittany Physician Group's DO, MD, DMD, AUD, PA-C, and CRNP in all phases of provider enrollment/credentialing, re-credentialing and expirable management to ensure timely and accurate enrollment/recredentialing of providers in all commercial and government payers that MNPG holds contracts with. Manage a database on all of the actively employed providers information for enrollment/credentialing purposes including obtaining copies of licensure, certificates, DEA, and other documents that are necessary. Maintain all of the 180+ CAQH profiles every 120 days for the providers to ensure that the profiles stay current for all health plan payer initial credentialing and for re-credentialing. Acting liaison with insurance companies on behalf of any MNPG enrollment issues and provider updates. Shares essential updates with the practice managers and fiscal department as necessary in weekly excel summary reports

Ensure that Cenclear and it's staff stay up to date with obtaining credentials with health insurance organizations, revalidation for funding streams occur in a timely fashion, and verify consumer insurances prior to services being provided. Maintain a database, which contains current staff and the funding streams that they are eligible to provide services. Review and correct insurance billing issues with a timely manner. Retain knowledge and understanding of all funding streams that are utilized (Medicare, Medical assistance, third party liability and county funding contracts). Operational support for external funding and review, reporting through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. Provide general support for case managers and support staff. Oversite and assistance while reviewing for funding through the additional staff members. Provide ongoing support for operations within the department

Evaluate the Head Start program’s cost of meals services to children and the overall program cost while following the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
