One of the Java SE developers, developing and improving the MES Toolbox. My main focus was on the PLC code generation module, that was part of the MES Toolbox. You can create your own physical model based on the ISA 88 standard. With this model as a reference, the PLC software was generated. I also worked on the Translation module. Creating a dictionary (service), so we could re-use translated text.Working with HvA projectteams (3-5 people). I gave them an assignment which they needed to complete within a 3-6 month timeframe and guiding them along the way.Also guiding interns, giving them an assignment. Trying to keep the code quality high enough so it could be part of our MES Toolbox codebase.
