Job Responsibilities:• Managing technical desktop support incidents for both remote and onsite employees, following specific processes and guidelines to ensure that tasks are completed consistently• Answer incoming calls, process all email requests received, process live chat requests, and log all customer questions and issues accurately and efficiently into ticketing system• Directly dealing with employees or customers who have technical issues such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues.• Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user issues• Assist with defining and documenting knowledge base articles• Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary
