PROJECTS MANAGED:✔ Primary Architect for creating “Hospice CAHPS” a new product with a short deadline considering the 100s of new reports required. To hit the deadline, I came up with a solution that allowed for one SSRS report to be used that would generate the reports. Features of Solution:• Became the Preferred Solution: Because it reduced the amount of work to add new reports by 500%. • Fast: I designed sync process to sync the data from the transactional database to the Data Mart. All reports are generated from one stored procedure that uses SQL Table Value Functions that aggregates millions of records in hundreds of ways in a sub second. • Mobile Friendly: Gave our clients a mobile first platform (SPA) to view all the reports and forms. • Competitive Advantage: The approach taken gave the company a superior product that achieved 60% of the market share. ✔ Primary Architect for creating “Quality Actionboards“ a new product started 3 months late with a hard deadline. At that time, the company was using outdated techniques. Seeing this, I updated the company’s technology stack and met the deadline by creating an efficient design and trained the team on the new technology.
