About Bryan Sample
I’ve always believed that the smallest details can hold the most fascinating stories. From a chipped coffee mug to a humming CNC machine, everything has layers of history, decisions, and possibilities just waiting to be uncovered. My journey has been about exploring those layers—of objects, ideas, and people—and using what I learn to build something meaningful.My curiosity started early. At eight years old, I decided to disassemble an old Toshiba laptop. It took me a year to piece it back together (don’t ask), but when it powered on, I realized how powerful curiosity and patience could be. That moment sparked a lifelong habit of exploring how things work, whether it was the mechanics of a 3D printer, the storytelling power of a video, or even the aerodynamics of a javelin as a Division 1 athlete.Over time, I’ve followed my hunger for knowledge across a wide spectrum of interests: 3D printing, video production, animating, programming, and AI training, to name a few. Each has been a new lens for understanding the world and sharing that understanding with others. Today, I get to do exactly that in my role as a video creator for an industrial automation distributor—crafting content that transforms complex ideas into engaging stories.What I love most is the ripple effect of storytelling. At a recent conference, someone shared how my videos inspired them to create their own content. It’s moments like that which remind me why I do what I do: to connect, inspire, and show that everyone—and everything—has a story worth telling.At the heart of it all is a simple philosophy: every challenge, project, and person is an opportunity to learn and grow. My work, my hobbies, and my life are driven by that belief, and I can’t wait to see where curiosity leads me next.
