In this position, I lead a staff of analysts responsible for the development and maintenance of ISO's Personal Auto Rating Plans and Manuals. During my tenure, I've played key roles in the development of many of ISO's new, cutting edge rating plans, including a plan that recognizes a specific vehicle's impact on liability and med pay losses and a driver record surcharge program that recognizes differences in conviction type and introduces accident forgiveness. In addition, I've been involved with the organization's recent foray into predictive models for insurance rating.
