- Liasing with the client to discuss job requirements as needed.- Preparing CAD Drawings 2D with Specifications and Sketchup 3D- Preparing Bill of Materials and Estimates of the whole project.- Gathering the materials needed to complete the project.- Overseeing the project from inception to completion.- Ensuring the project is completed according to the requirements.- Finalizing task by predetermined deadlines.

- Conducts all technical documents & inspection of works- Ensures completion of work projects based on the specifications, desired quality, company standards, budget and work program - Facilitates project corrections and/or repairs. - In-charge on site manpower allocations and project monitoring.

> Perform and coordinate inspections and determine quality assurance testing models of raw materials and finished products. > Prepare document, execute detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports. > Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
