Velocity Technology Solutions acquired TITAN Technology Partners effective April 1, 2014. Following the acquisition I was asked to assume the role of SVP of Talent & Technology. Primary responsibilities included overhaul and improvement of all talent acquisition, improving the culture and managing the human capital assimilation and integration of the combined entity. Responsible for all HR functions in a shared services model for over 700 employees globally. Introduced and implemented Global HR/Payroll system, which improved employee productivity.
