Product development comprised mostly of raw material replacement, developing factory colours, value engineering, managing customer based projects and new products for Australian market. Technical service comprised mostly of complaint investigation and reporting, responding to and delegating laboratory service requests, product trials and coating inspection.AchievementsCo-ordinated and lead the development team performing a large scale spraying operation. The team completed the biggest airless spraying project undertaken in the local laboratory. The project ran for 6 months and included a large part of the protective coating product range.
