Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment of potential student-athletes, hiring and training of coaching staff, management of financial budget, scheduling games and practices, implementing a physical training program, tracking academic progress of current athletes, initiate recruiting process for college-bound athletes, and purchasing.

and established this camp for the development of players ages 8 - 14, providing a strong base of highly skilled players for the school to draw from; advertized the camp, registered campers, organized coaches, developed camp schedule, and created and implemented lesson plans.

Brought on by this 700-student school to assist in the development of the inexperienced coaching staff, offering well-rounded perspective and strong knowledge of fundamentals.Scope of responsibility included working with wide receivers, defensive backs, kickers, punters, long snappers, and holders, a major factor in the team advancing to the CCS playoffs.

Optimized player performance, balance, coordination, and safety by developing strength, conditioning, and agility drills in the weight room and on the field, and ensured players completed them with proper technique to prevent injury.

Brought on to maintain player equipment and uniforms, which involved accounting for all equipment for practices and games and checking it for safety, laundering uniforms following games and preparing them for the next game, providing players with towels for showering, and laundering them as well; upon advancement, two individuals were hired to fill this.
