 Part of a three person team that is responsible for monitoring in excess of $1.2 Billion in approved Premier Lines of Credit (‘PLOC’) while managing $500 Million in outstanding debt. Performing risk analysis on new client profiles to mitigate any potential risk to RBC.• Risk analysis includes underwriting of the PLOC facility while factoring in financial analysis, Return on Equity, and strength of the client’s investment portfolio. 2015 Award of Excellence Winner for superior knowledge on RBC credit products and superior customer service.

 Ensured all paperwork was in order before vested shares were exercised.• Including Rule 144, Employee Stock Option form, stock power, etc.  Actively worked with companies to ensure all securities were received by the two week deadline in order to prevent any buy back situations to RBC.

 Calculated SMA and excess equity releases from trading activity to give updated account buying power. Built relationships with RBC Wealth Management complexes throughout the US to become their primary contact for any margin related issues and concerns.• Including margin calls, general account questions, buying power, and options requirements

 Ensured all relevant legal documentation for a newly established PLOC facility was accurate and executed by all parties. Calculated margin fluctuations intraday for all linked account clients to anticipate and mitigate potential risks to RBC.

As an International Intern for Dennis Publishing, my job entailed providing support through social media and marketing for newly established online magazines.- Set up and maintain online social media accounts on Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter to help gain awareness and promote the new online magazines.- Utilized computer skills by using SEO and HTML to promote the magazines through Google searches and links through designated websites.- Represented Dennis Publishing at various events throughout the U.K.
