Additional responsibilities included; tracking sales numbers and forecasts for two sales teams, preparing presentations for the CenturyTel Executive Staff, contacting customers, aiding Account Directors and Managers with their accounts, gathering information to respond to large RFP's, maintaining and training new sales staff on Salesforce.com database. ~ Successfully created a training program for Salesforce.com and trained the entire Sales and Sales Engineering Staff.

This position was an opportunity to learn about the market and competition in the Telecommunications/Fiber Optic Long-Haul Business. Worked on a major project of compiling and processing sales data that was generated over a two and half year period that was used to track the sales trends across the various markets that LightCore provided services.
