Primary responsibility is the implementation of complex mobile requirements for a portfolio of clients. Project roles include both functional and technical expertise. Other activities include the customization of Maximo applications; as well as building custom applications on the Tivoli platform.Specialize in the conversion of client mobile applications from other platforms to the IBM Maximo suite of mobile products including: Maximo Mobile, Everyplace and Anywhere.

Provided customizations of SMART Work Manager for Maximo 7; including a complete rebuild of the Rounds component to provide legacy functionality to new version of Work Manager while preserving out of the box product enhancements. Other functionality included the implementation of LDAP integration and support for multiple time zones.

Worked with client to deliver product fixes and enhancements as SMART Work Manager and Inventory Manager for Maximo products were transferred between business units. Tasks included detailed troubleshooting of classic Agentry (v.4) Editor code; verification and manipulation of Syclo specific database objects in Oracle; and development of enhancements to improve the user experience.

Provided customizations to SMART Work Manager and SMART Inventory Manager for Maximo 7. Scope included LDAP integration; as well as, screen and business logic (both presentation and application layers), enhancements to provide desired business process and improve the user experience.

Project’s mobility scope included approximately 500 supply chain and power delivery users across at multiple sites across five states in the south-east and mid-western regions.Administrative aspects included: installation, configuration and support of IBM Maximo Mobile Work Manager SE (v.6.2.0) and IBM Maximo Mobile Inventory Manager SE (v.6.2.0) on the Agentry v.4 platform in multiple dynamic environments. Some environments included clustered servers and LDAP integration. Developed complex migration methodology for multiple environment paths. Installation and configuration of SOTI device management software.Development aspects included development of business specific changes to both products. Notable Inventory Manager changes included: custom real-time inventory statistics, receiving, cycle count and item issue functionality.Provided detailed technical documentation including: installation, configuration, support and migration manuals.

Assisted with the development of mobile solution suite for TabWare application.

Technical aspects included: Tririga application developer for the IT Solutions division. Development tasks included customization deliverables of Tririga software for clients. Most notable accomplishment included reducing application navigation need by adding geography capabilities to lease management screens thus creating a more efficient user experiences. Functional aspects included: Assisting the Project Manager to scope out effort and delivery time-frame by constructing detailed functional requirements, project plans, and process diagrams.
