Currently working with MyTRA Consulting to provide Electric Cooperatives and Teleco’s opportunities through collaboration to gain efficiencies and expand services to their customers and members. Experience with gaining consensus with boards and employees and providing a vision to both to move them in the direction of continual growth and development. WHAT HAVE I DONE:I have directed a company to gain consensus among employees and board members for some fifteen years. I have experience with forming a new division within the cooperative, worked towards a merger between two cooperatives, have experience in a union environment and working with organized labor, experienced with renewable energy and rate schedules that promoted renewable energy while allowing for it to stand on its own without encumbering other members. Experienced in Political Action Organizations. HOW IT WORKS: I start with a conversation to get to know more about your business and challenges you are facing. I then will give you a proposal of services to accomplish your goals. Then I'll work with you to learn more about your business and make some suggestions of things for you to contemplate. After that I'll be ready to work with you to the extent that you feel you need. This may be one hour a month, one hour a week or can be whatever your circumstances warrant.
