During my one-month internship at Pensole Academy, I specialized in luxury footwear design, gaining hands-on experience throughout the entire design process. Sponsored by the Capri Holdings Foundation, this immersive program allowed me to learn and apply essential skills, including the creation of detailed tech packs and transitioning from initial ideation to finalized drawings ready for production.Collaborating with a team of talented designers, I contributed to the development of sustainable footwear brands, ensuring that our designs met both aesthetic standards and environmental responsibility. This experience culminated in a presentation of our luxury footwear concepts to Sandra Choi, the Creative Director of Jimmy Choo, where I showcased our innovative designs and sustainability initiatives.This internship not only honed my technical abilities but also deepened my understanding of the luxury fashion market and the importance of sustainability in design.

- Developed cohesive and on-brand highlight logos for Instagram stories, ensuring alignment with the visual identity and messaging of Illinois State Secretary Alexi Ginnoulias- Collaborated closely with the communications team to conceptualize and execute highlight icons that effectively communicated key themes and initiatives overseen by Secretary Ginnoulias- Employed Adobe Creative Suite tools to design and refine highlight logos, incorporating feedback from the Secretary's office to achieve a polished and professional aesthetic resonating with the Instagram audience

- Created a mini video of the study on transparency in urban climates and how it interacts with black men- Used Sony ZV-E10 camcorder to record footage and utilized Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and Illustrator) for logo creation, lyric captions, and post production effects- Presented and explained video to class, professor, and Chicago-based design professionals

- Filmed artist’s experience at Lollapalooza (before concert, at concert, and at after party) to showcase a glimpse of artist’s life for fans in an engaging way - Communicated with record company representatives about what content to include and exclude in order to create a vlog consistent with artist’s brand

- Collaborated with group members to reimagine brochure for University of Illinois Mile Square patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)- Interviewed stakeholders to learn more about the client’s needs in order to redesign brochure and make it more user-friendly and educate patients about how to take care of themselves- Created concise brochure following User Interface (UI) Design best practices that included medication calendar, a consent form, and a thank you letter- Facilitated professional presentation to present redesigned brochure to stakeholders including previous prototypes and explain design decisions
