CurrentSelect engagement descriptions:• Led the transformation management office for a Fortune 500 Defense contractor with the goal of taking $1B out of the cost baseline over a 2.5-year period. Managed the coordination of 21 labor and spend workstreams consisting of AlixPartners colleagues, client counterparts, and teams from 4 other consulting firms. At my departure at the 1-year mark, the program accomplished $400M in confirmed savings, with a pipeline of $380M savings to be implemented.• Facilitated the post-merger integration of a five-subsidiary holding company into a PE-backed, $100M Property Mitigation Services provider in the company’s first major acquisition, effectively doubling company size.• Designed and implemented a labor throughput model to facilitate the ramp-up of operations in a newly created distribution facility for a major clothing retailer.
