I am a Civil Engineering student with a passion for developing and benefitting the communities in Central Iowa. I am pursuing my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. I have completed two internships, exposing me to different aspects of civil engineering; such as land development, site development, and municipal infrastructure services. At Bolton & Menk, Inc., I worked with a team of engineers and technicians to assist with site design, grading, stormwater management, and utility coordination for various residential and commercial developments. I also used Bluebeam Revu and Autodesk Civil 3D to create and review drawings, plans, and specifications. At the City of Urbandale, I supported the engineering department with data collection, analysis, and reporting for traffic engineering, pavement management, and stormwater quality programs. I also helped with field inspections, surveys, and public outreach activities. Through these internships, I have developed competencies in civil engineering software, project management, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I am eager to learn more from experienced professionals and apply my skills to real-world challenges
