Roles and responsibilities include:Served as an Area Manager on DDG-1002 and coordinated with the Program Management Office to verify and complete outstanding on-contract, post-baseline work items.Led crews of up to 30 union mechanics as a Front Line Supervisor of Pipe Fitting, Maintenance, and Paint.Implemented Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing as an Area Manager in Pre-Outfit and Industrial Engineer in Structural Fabrication.Supported the DDG-1000 Planning Yard as a Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
