My role at Social Circles originally involved the front end development of a mobile application using C#. My responsibility quickly grew to include regular back end development, utilizing JavaScript and SQL. Communicating programming challenges and requirements to team members outside of my discipline was a very common task that I performed.

My primary role involved the preparation of computers to be given to clients.. This work sometimes necessitated the production of multiple identical machines quickly, so I would often write scripts to remove bloatware, install software, and change system settings. I also performed help desk duties and would occasionally work with customers to resolve their computer issues.

Technician and customer service representative. Responsible for managing the various technologies used by hundreds of clients. Handled phone and email communication professionally in high pressure work environment. Managed technologies including Microsoft Exchange server and Active Directory.

First point of contact when anyone at the company had technical issues. Responsible for managing inventory and the ticketing system. Managed expectations and resolved technical difficulties for 25 users. Fixed and updated tech when required.
