I am a dedicated and proactive Transportation Security Officer with proficiency in IT and cybersecurity, currently enrolled in the Federal Cyber Defense Skilling Academy’s Cyber Defense Analyst (CDA) Pathway, with a background that includes network administration experience from Salesforce and a commitment to transitioning into the IT field, I am actively seeking opportunities to apply my skills in any IT position.In my current role at the Department of Homeland Security, I have developed a robust set of problem-solving, data management, and analytical skills. My responsibilities have included supervising fellow officers, conducting complex screening processes, and performing data entry tasks. Additionally, as a Network Intelligence Officer for TSA, I respond to organizational requirements by collecting, decoding, analyzing data, and conducting threat and risk assessments.The Cyber Defense Analyst Pathway is providing me with comprehensive training in areas such as Basic Networking and Protocol Analysis, Identifying Common Hacker Techniques, and Incident Detection Response and Handling.
