Quality Technician
Currentat natural choice I am a full-time quality technician and graphic designer. I answer phone calls and provide technical support to help customers fix machines. I also repair machines and watch over the factory line to ensure quality is maintained. I inspect parts as they come in to the shop. I also work with my team to manage all these different areas and coordinate with them with fixes and more efficient processes that we can use. I am also the graphic designer at natural choice. I help with marketing material such as emails, packaging, videos, website, logos, branding, and mockups. I have a Graphic Design Associates of Science degree and have worked at Natural Choice for almost 5 years.
