It was my duty to take ownership of the dishwashers by creating, managing, and upholding standards for every shift. I have been thoroughly trained, and am highly efficient in every area of the Back of House. I am looked up to as a mentor amongst the management team and staff members. During pick times, I take leadership in delegating tasks and instilling stress management amongst my team to ensure the shift runs smoothly.

I upheld local, state, federal and military law while responding to emergancy situations. I took imediate action upon discovery of public hazards and illegal activity such as issuing tickets and arrests to violators of the law. Provided security for Fort Hood, and was recognized for an Army Achievement Medal. I excelled at solving problems independently while incorporating sound advice from peers and superiors. I learned to be a disciplined leader with the proven ability to remain calm and deliver results in high pressure situations.
