He has over 20 years of experience as an environmental engineer and community-driven scientist-teacher working in local and international settings.Bryce is passionate about emerging contaminants, water resources, climate change, and training the next generation of engineers to take on a range of challenges to build a sustainable and reslient future. He is equally passionate about supporting and growing diversity in the field, issues of equity, and environmental justice. Bryce was also a Visiting Assistant Teaching Professor of Environmental Engineering at Villanova University, where he taught undergraduate and graduate courses, mentored student-led group projects, and created inclusive and learner-centered pedagogy. Previously, he founded and led a nonprofit organization that established and strengthened science education for Himalayan educational and spiritual leaders, building salient partnerships with expert educators and institutions, and overseeing a year-round calendar of community-driven science education programs. He also worked as a Staff Scientist at the Exploratorium Museum and the San Francisco Bay Water Quality Control Board, and as an Intelligence Community Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Texas A&M University.
