• Manage inventory of surgical hospital trays and bins, with implants and instruments going to and returning from hospitals, within a geographic area of Palm Beach county to the lower Florida Keys.• Write up missing item reports for any missing items not on the surgery usage sheets.• Create complete hospital trays and bins per the Sales Representative’s request via Webops, including instruments and implants with special surgeons’ requests.• Maintain WebOps data base for Inventory and Scheduling Surgeries.• Retrieve and replace expiring implants from office kits and hospital consignments.• Order replenishments and replenish implant usage per kit, per case upon usage.• Deliver implants/instruments to hospitals in emergency situations.• Request loaners when implants and or instruments are not available.• Coordinate Surgery Schedules with multiple hospitals in order to make sure all necessary implants and surgical trays are in place.
