I'm a dedicated person to the path of sustainability in the agriculture sector. I strive to use my education at Olds College, and the skills I have learnt from my employment sites to pay it forward. I've completed the green certificate program in high school, which was one of the many factors why I chose Olds College. Here I have successfully graduated with honours from the Agriculture Management Program, production major. I have been in the Ag industry since I turned 14, where I worked for my family farm (Niemelas Sandy Hill Seed Farm / Ag Masters), was a casual worker at Paterson Grain and now I am currently employed at Westway Farms. This has let me begin expanding my horizons in the agricultural sector over the last 6 years. Agriculture is a lifestyle, at heart, I have been a farmer since I was a little boy sitting in the cab of any machine and helping in any way I could.
