• Mine operations supervisor lead hand for the TMA construction area• Coordinate between the mine operations and engineering departments to ensure the project is completed according to plan and meets production targets• Creator of Key Performance Indicators and a daily reporting system to monitor the progression of the project • Collaborate with survey team to inspect construction area and certify the structure is built to design• Quality Control for subgrade conditions prior to rock placement as well as rock size and cleanliness• Ensure the project is completed with utmost regard to environmental preservation and safety• Uphold the safety of operators in the field by reviewing FLRAs, leading crew safety meetings and acknowledging acts of safe work at the job site

• Support the Geotechnical Engineers and Engineer of Record of the department• Report daily mine pit inspections to Engineer of Record• Reformat and produce monthly construction reports for the External Tailings Facility and West Overburden Disposal Area• Perform daily instrumentation data reduction
