A 150-hour apprenticeship covering the fundamentals of object-oriented programming, giving a basic understanding of Java to create simple programs using programming concepts such as methods, loops, variables, and data structures. Apprentices will be able to design ethical, collaborative programs in Java.

The Learning To Lead program is a six-week partnership between Digital Ready and Accenture, created to develop and deliver personal and professional development curriculum to participants aged 16-18. The program takes place in Accenture offices throughout the US and is facilitated by highly trained Accenture Personal.Completed a 6-week in-person personal and professional development curriculum focused on introducing professional culture and global business topics, and developing core skills including problem solving, public speaking, financial fundamentals, and professional communication. Collaborated with 4 other participants to create a group project which concluded with a final presentation focused on sustainability for Accenture. Cultivated personal development skills including active listening, emotional intelligence, and time management as well as attending pre-planned excursions to enhance program curriculum and participate in hands-on professional and service activities.
