Key liaison between management and service operations during project implementation of standardization of all service processes. Core member of Midwest Change Management team that facilitates innovation and process changes. Facilitated all documentation of procedures developed in regionalization initiative, as well as the effective and timely communication of those procedures to the region. Key member of team that created innovative new centralized Midwest Amendment Team. Technical Support, second level of escalation and high level client assistance were also part of daily activities.

Monitor and direct daily activities of 15-30 kitchen employees. Responsibilities include ordering, scheduling, forecasting, and inventory reconciliation. Opened two new restaurants and was team lead in organizing and project planning of those new facilities. Solely responsible for implementation of updates and changes to facilities and organization as well as tracking of all processes and product ordered.

Directed the activities of 20-35 employees to obtain peak performance in work environment. Coordinated schedules, ordering, inventory collection, cash flow-through management, and period-end financial analysis and reconciliation. Oversaw project that organized, cleaned, and developed new processes to optimize efficiency in all stores in the area, 16 included in total.
