I am a process-driven individual with a heavy focus on continuous improvement. This has led me to my current role of Director of Internal Audit where I am working to document, standardize and test controls throughout the organization to identify efficiencies to be gained by the company.Throughout my career, I have experience working in various industries including, insurance, consumer products, transportation, retail, distribution, technology, not-for-profit and private equity. While at Grant Thornton, I was a Managing Director and a leader in the National Insurance Practice where we worked to improve the audit process for my clients and provide holistic services through various tax and advisory needs. I’m proud to have been a key contributor to the growth of the National Insurance Audit practice to one of the largest in the United States in all insurance lines.
