Lead the Conflict Minerals Supplier Data Collection team which supports the annual SEC filing. Responsible for collaborating with enterprise data owners to identify in-scope suppliers that are required to respond to Caterpillar’s Conflict Minerals inquiry. Working with various Legal Entities, Business Resources, Procurement Leads, Process Service Centers and Suppliers to obtain the documentation required to demonstrate due diligence for country of origin validation.
