As a Client Success Manager for Ascend, I built and maintained strong employer relationships to ensure our partners' talent needs are met. Develop and implement daily programs for all members. Create lesson plans and work with 20-30 children in recreation and academic settings. Building positive relationships with youth, parents, schools and the community.

In this role I was responsible for overseeing camp operations with 200-300 campers each week the 1-6th grade program. I trained and onboarded 37 staff members, as well as developed curriculum and entertainment for our program. I also was the point of contact to camper parents and worked to resolve any camper issues.

My job was to connect Springhill Camps to Indiana University, and serve as the student leader for the recruiting efforts of Springhill at Indiana University. This was done by hosting and coordinating events as well as communicating with potential interviewees about working at Springhill. During my year as Campus Captain at Indiana University, Indiana University had the most new hires for Springhill Camps, up from 13th in previous years.

Work with children daily, being responsible for them 22 hours a day almost 6 days a week. I helped lead activities, such as zip-lines and rock walls, as well as facilitate growth and development in children in grades 1st-6th through challenging them to develop new friends and grow outside of their comfort zone. Communicating with parents(the customer) during opening and closing days was also critical, as they are dropping their children off with college students they do not know.
