I am an undergraduate at the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Operations Management at the Lindner School of Business. I've been interested in business and entrepreneurship my whole life and have always wanted to start my own business. My goal is using the skills I have gained from my professional experiences to help support me in my higher education and future careers. The Modern Apprenticeship Program (MAP) will support my goals by introducing me to the professional scene and helping me grow accustomed to business operations. As a project coordinator Ascend is training me in organizational skills, project management, talent management and many more skills that will help me realize and accomplish these goals. Recently, I moved to Ascends Networking Team where we match jobseekers with employers that match their interest/skills using our website.
