 Ensure loan files meet all the necessary guidelines and requirements based on each individual situation; review all documentation in loan application including but not limited to credit documentation, income documentation, tax returns, bank statements, appraisal and title reports Expeditiously review new underwrites and condition resubmittals to ensure loan applications are processed in a timely manner Review areas of training with Processing Manager to improve efficiency in current and newly hire staff Assist in training and questions for new hires in underwriting department

 Oversee daily operations of team members and report to management on progress and production of staff Maintain daily contact with customers to review clients’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction Request loan documentation from borrowers; review and analyze documentation to determine borrower eligibility and repayment ability; discuss all qualifying issues with borrowers Maintain individual pipeline of 20+ loans while overseeing progress of team’s production and pipelines
