Since the grand opening of Aisle5, I have had the privilege of leading and working alongside a dedicated team to nurture the growth of this local Austin streetwear store, aligning with my broader goal of supporting small businesses. Over two years, while balancing my college education, we collectively managed the store through its critical development phases, from initial setup to scaling operations.Our team’s collaborative efforts were essential in implementing advanced inventory and online store systems, which streamlined operations and improved customer interactions. Together, we fostered strong vendor relationships and orchestrated dynamic in-store pop-up events, building a resilient business network vital for small business sustainability and growth.I also guided our team in deploying digital marketing strategies that significantly enhanced brand visibility across various platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This collaborative approach not only boosted our digital presence but also reinforced the importance of teamwork in achieving business success. This experience grounds my commitment to empowering small business ecosystems through innovative strategies.

As a Consultant for the Vice President of Student Affairs (VPSA) at the University of Texas at Austin, I played a key role in enhancing student experiences at one of the largest public institutions in America. I consulted on a range of projects, including website redesigns for student-facing applications like the financial aid page, ensuring they were user-friendly and accessible. Additionally, I contributed to initiatives that brought a data-driven approach to improving student life, and I worked on various events and on-campus programs aimed at enriching the overall student experience.

As a PM intern, I spearheaded initial innovative research and product development efforts, leading a cross-functional team of engineers and designers. I initiated the first research project on the then-unreleased Copilot product for my group, setting a new standard for enhancing customer support and usability. I guided the design and implementation of a GPT-powered incident summarization feature for the M365 Admin Center, streamlining communication for IT administrators and improving efficiency. Through user interviews and close collaboration with design and development teams, we refined the product, significantly boosting operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

As the elected Director of Outreach for the Heman Sweatt Center, I successfully orchestrated outreach efforts that achieved a remarkable 500% growth in active membership. My leadership focused on empowering underrepresented minorities at the University of Texas, demonstrating a true commitment to inclusivity and community engagement.

Designed and implemented an innovative system to automate Microsoft’s interview scheduling process. I developed a Python-based solution that integrated Microsoft Forms for data collection and Outlook Calendar for scheduling, significantly streamlining the interview process. This system reduced manual coordination, saving time for hiring managers and easing the workload for recruiters, while also accelerating the interview timeline for candidates. Additionally, I utilized data modeling and AI to analyze and track candidate demographics, providing valuable insights and improving the overall visibility of the hiring process.

As a Microsoft Explore Intern on the Feedback team, I gained invaluable experience in my first corporate role, which set the foundation for my career. I worked on a natural language processing system that processed and distributed customer feedback across multiple Microsoft product areas, including Xbox, Office, and Windows. I implemented a feature that streamlined how product teams could understand and act on feedback, significantly enhancing their ability to respond to customer needs. This internship exposed me to various product teams and provided deep insights into how global products are developed and improved using customer feedback at scale. Additionally, I was honored to receive the Microsoft Intern Engagement Award, further solidifying my passion for product management and technology.

As an Event Coordinator for Freetail Hackers, a student organization at UT Austin, I played a key role in organizing and executing HackTX, one of the largest hackathons in Texas. My responsibilities included coordinating logistics, managing event promotion, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants. This experience sharpened my skills in event planning, teamwork, and problem-solving, and allowed me to contribute to a premier event in the tech community.

As an early adopter Delivery Driver for DoorDash, I started in high school and continued through college, witnessing the rapid growth of the gig economy, especially during the pandemic. This role taught me adaptability, customer service, and time management, while providing insights into how global events can shape local markets. Balancing this work with college deepened my ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

This was the first job I ever had! As a Courtesy Clerk at Kroger during high school, I was responsible for assisting customers by bagging groceries, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring shopping carts were readily available for use. This role taught me the importance of customer service, time management, and teamwork, all while gaining early work experience in a retail setting. I know all that sounds really good but I pretty much just pushed carts and put groceries in a bag with a smile for less than $10/hr in the Texas heat. BUT we all must start somewhere!!
