Project nominated for 2015 Denver Mayor’s Award for Arts & Culture Excellence, Global arts and Culture.• Launched a regional collaboration to help Arts and Culture institutions across the region host sensory friendly programs and events; and to connect the disability community to these organizations. Project received two Denver Mayor’s Award for Arts & Culture Excellence in Innovation, and as the People’s Choice.• Implemented new Artistic Standards and guidelines to improve community understanding and respect; including new seasonal artwork, brochures, and information.• Expanded performer opportunities by creating new development and training programs, restructuring the season.• Oversaw the successful implementation of production and rehearsal transitions into Phamaly’s New Offices.

At the time, the Associate Artistic Director/Production Manager was the primary oversight for all programs, productions, production budgets, and production staff. Highlights include:• Grew and Diversified Production Staff to better utilize talents and streamline production process• Overhauled volunteer program to create more well-defined positions and opportunities• Created internship program to recruit arts professionals in training• Managed production budgets to strengthen reliability, identify improvements, and increase production values without significant strain for fundraising• Formed touring production to improve Phamaly’s reach in the community• Made investments in production equipment for heightened production values, accessible technologies for performers, and rental income• Oversaw and developed education programs in coordination with the Denver Center Theatre Academy• Creating Intensive education program for Phamaly’s pre-professional performers• Secured the ability to employ Actors Equity Association performers after loss of previous agreement secured 20 years ago.• Refined and implemented insurance, emergency, and incident planning and procedures• Secured and contracted all venues ranging from small community theaters to the Denver Center Theatre Company• Made performance recommendations for each season to help diversify programming and most accurately utilize budgets• Worked with production staff to motivate new and exciting artistic concepts• Managed outreach performances and community/performer involvement• Implemented performer orientations and handbooks to stress professionalism, increase camaraderie and moral• Created donor cultivation events – such as VIPs at production first-reads
