About Bryce Stradling

Graphic designer, font end developer, Motion Design, illustrator, photographer and animator. That's a lot of stuff right? I'm one of those people who isn't happy unless they're learning something and using what I know to making things. Pretty things. Anything worth doing is worth doing beautifully.I mostly do web stuff these days, so I spend a lot of time coding. Which is super fun, you should try it sometime. I know I do!• UI/UX design. It utilizes all of my favorite things. Design, interactivity, animation and psychology.• Email Design and development.• HTML. Using Jade or liquid are more fun though. • CSS, and all her noble preprocessors • Javascript. Often Vanilla flavored. • Social Media Optimization. Weirdly a huge part of my job.• SEO best practices. It's not magic people. If someone says they're a guru just walk away.• CMS software like Wordpress, Ghost, Jekyll. Less professional but fun ones like Tumblr and Blogger. Making blog themes are super fun. It's what I do.• Git and Linux in general. I love it so much. No GUIs required.• Photoshop, Illustrator, Brackets and After Effects are my desert island must have software. • I'm not that picky about video editors. Premier works just fine though. • 3D modeling. It's been along time since I've used anything but Cinema 4D though. Most importantly I'm an excellent problem solver. If something is broken, I can probably fix it. I've fixed more buggy WordPress sites than I'd like to admit.
