About Bryan Nielsen

I am the Research Manager at Water Tectonics. I lead a team of scientists tackling some of the most challenging water treatment projects, developing solutions through laboratory and pilot level treatability testing. I have more than a decade of laboratory and field experience in treatability testing, water treatment process development, water sampling, and analysis. My knowledge of regulatory issues, research project design, laboratory methodology and in depth study of electrocoagulation are assets to WaterTectonics’ research and development department. My professional background includes time spent working at the US EPA Region 5 NPDES Programs Branch, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory, and the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority. I earned a Bachelor of Science from The Evergreen State College and a Master of Science from the University of Washington School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences.
