I lead the day to day operations of executing USW's transfer of our computer aided facilities management system, from Quantarc to Planon. As a system administrator for the Universities Estates CAFM system.Through my work, it has allowed us to better manage assets, organise ppm's and manage running costs of our maintenance programmes. I am also currently managing the USW's group space needs. focusing on improving space utilisation, the project management & design of classroom and office refurbishments.
