Conducting comprehensive policy and project analyses to evaluate climate resilience initiatives in Cuba, identifying obstacles and opportunities for improvement, and ensuring these practices support local communities, inform regional efforts, and meet international commitments. This includes comparing policies across the Caribbean to highlight best practices for coastal livelihoods that bolster community and ecosystem resilience. Additionally, researching circular economy strategies and solutions to mitigate marine litter.
