It was this process of empowering us to be creative in our decision making and ideating that taught us how to be leaders, because we were given trust in our skills and abilities, and we were not afraid to fail. Brynn is naturally the leader who develops others because she creates spaces for us to learn how to be leaders. She creates opportunities to learn, she creates safe spaces to challenge, fail and grow.
