Plan, direct and manage the NWC Information Technology Function, activities and staff in a hands-on fashion, including strategic oversight of the company's IT infrastructure and application efforts as necessary, to support all business operations and administration needs. Responsible for overall operations of information system infrastructure of the company including maintaining and enhancing all systems, including ERP/CRM and investigating, developing and implementing new systems. Manage a 1.2 million dollar budget and supervise 6 personnel.

Responsible for the network infrastructure worldwide, including security, telephony, video conferencing, etc.
