Founder of The Den Forest School, passionate about nurturing physical and mental wellbeing through connection with the natural world. I am a Level 3 Forest School Leader and love delivering forest school and environmental education for school children, home education groups, nurseries, preschoolers and families. I believe in hands-on learning through play to build children’s independence, self-esteem, confidence, resilience, curiosity and creativity. Having grown up in Devon playing by the river and in the woods, I have a lifelong passion for nature and a deep-rooted belief in the value of experiential learning outdoors. Previous career as Advertising Business Director, leading teams to build some of the world’s most famous brands, including Dove ‘Campaign for Real Beauty’, gave me invaluable leadership, interpersonal and project management skills.
